At West Point High School, we strive to collaborate with all stakeholder groups in order to continuously improve our school culture and achievement.

We meet quarterly to:
- Share school information, programs, and data.
- Monitor and evaluate progress towards goals.
- Use improvement input and feedback to adjust plan.
- Complete a comprehensive needs assessment.
- Determine goals and create integrated action plan for continuous improvement.

Integrated Action Plan
Every spring we complete a comprehensive needs assessment (CNA) to develop our integrated action plan (IAP) for the following year.
Goals for the 2025–2026 School Year
- West Point High School will increase math proficiency by 2% on state assessments from the previous year.
- West Point High School will increase ELA proficiency by 2% on state assessments from the previous year.
- West Point High School will improve climate and culture by decreasing students who are identified as high risk on the early warning system (behavior, attendance, and grades) by 10% each semester.
