Career and Technical Education

Career and Technical Education (CTE) prepares students for a wide range of careers. These careers require varying levels of education—from high school and postsecondary certificates to two- and four-year college degrees. Our instructors understand the ever-evolving nature of these fields and ensure that our curriculum reflects these changes and is aligned to business and industry standards.

CTE classes develop the skills most sought after by employees. These skills include:

  • Strong academic and critical thinking skills
  • Strong technical skills in a student’s chosen field
  • Employability skills of teamwork, communication, and effective work habits
